At the age of 15, as a car and tractor fan, I went to school to be auto-electric. After I have finished this one, I could not find a job, so I went to army. Even after one year I still could not find a job in my profession, so I have started to work in factory "Koka". I worked all day and nights, but still I used to dream about cars. After two years, I went back to school, this one to be a driver. After this, I started to work as a driver in factory "Vindija" . This job I have had for seven years, and I made same contacts with business people all around the country. So I have decided to start my one business to be driver. At first I bought one truck and started to drive on my one. After a few mounts I bought another one, and I gave a job to another truck-driver. So that was the way for may dream to come truth. After another few mounts I bought a special trucks, which were very needed. So my business became to spread. In the year 1997, five truck-drivers worked for me, each one had his one truck. That was the time when I included my wife into a business . Since than our business is known as a "Benček trasnsports", in property of Vid and Ivanka Benček. Today we have 10 trucks, mostly refrigerators, and we transport goods in the country or widely. We employed 11 truck drivers, 2 auto-mechanics and have our one counting bureau. So our firm has 16 employees, but still we are hoping and working really hard for this firm to grow.
